We are committed to delivering beautiful, safe, and high-quality pieces. Because many of our items are intimate apparel, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect every woman in our community.
Lingerie
For health and hygiene reasons, all lingerie is final sale.
We take this seriously to ensure that every piece you receive is brand new, untouched, and handled with the highest level of care.
To help you choose with confidence:

• If you need sizing assistance, email us before ordering — we’re happy to guide you
• We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before checkout
• Our goal is for you to feel amazing when your order arrives.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, with one exception:
If a product is found to be out of stock during the shipping process (after your order is placed and during fulfillment), you will receive a message stating that the item is unavailable, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order moves into preparation or shipping, cancellations cannot be made.
